What Can I Expect
See a plethora of Bridgerton filming locations on this Bridgerton-themed tour of Bath! If you love gossip as much as Lady Whistledown, you will love these walking tours to discover lovely locations used in Netflix's hit series.
Everyone loves a costume drama and Bridgerton is no different. We are stepping back in time to Regency London, when the aristocracy were, in essence, obsessed with themselves, wearing fine clothes and getting married to someone from the ton, that's to say the right high society ‘stock'.
In this latest hit series from streaming service Netflix, we join the likes of the Danburys and the Bridgertons as they negotiate the social quagmire that is early 19th century London. It's all about debutante balls and match-making, all commented on and narrated by newspaper columnist Lady Whistleblower, voiced by the legend that is Julie Andrews.
You will be joining your very own Lady Whistleblower (or one of her gossip-loving friends) for a leisurely walking tour around Bath, whose iconic cobbled streets stand in for London's Mayfair, home to the best of the capital's well-to-do folk.
Have a peak in at Lady Danbury's impeccable house and see if you can spot those awfully gaudy Featheringtons. Admire Madame Delacroix's shop window and walk past Gunter's Tea Shop. Visit the Bath Guildhall, which played the role of Rambury Ballroom, location for yet another of those elaborate balls where the very dashing and extremely eligible Duke of Hastings tries to avoid any potential brides.
Of course, no visit to Bath would be complete without seeing the Royal Crescent. This impressive half-moon run of stone houses is an emblem of Bath and has featured in many episodes of Bridgerton too.
If you're a fan of Simon and Daphne's antics in Regency England, you will love these Bridgerton filming location tours of Bath. Lasting around two-hours, the Saturday walking tours are available to book online now.
