What Can I Expect
Charcuterie making courses - learn charcuterie techniques, prepare a custom cure and enjoy lunch at the charcuterie-making HQ in Bray, Berkshire!
If you love your cured meats, you will love these half-day workshops in the heart of Berkshire. This is where delicious British charcuterie is handmade with love and passion in small batches, using the meat from rare heritage breeds.
From air-dried Bresaola and Hogget Chorizo, to Berkshire Salami and Pancetta, this innovative curing company has a full repertoire of cured meats on the menu.
You will be joining the charcuterie team on site learning how to make hand-cured meats, using both traditional and new, innovative techniques with super tasty results. Your voucher is valid for courses to make duck, bacon or chorizo and salami charcuterie.
These sessions are very much hands on, so you will be fully involved in the curing process, along with your fellow charcuterie students. Group sizes are kept to around six participants, which makes for a friendly ambiance as you all work together.
Of course, no charcuterie making course would be complete without tasting it! At the end of your hands-on session, you will all sit down together to enjoy a lunch, which will include lots of the yummy meats produced in-house by you.
An unusual and fun twist on the traditional cookery class we think learning how to cure meats on these charcuterie courses is a very tasty way to learn about all your favourite cured meats!
