What Can I Expect

Chocolate truffle making with bubbly anyone? Yes please! These fun, convivial and very chocolatey experiences in hotel venues in Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds city centres will see you making delicious Belgian truffles whilst sipping a nice flute of Prosecco.

Ideal for groups of friends, family get togethers, hen and stag dos, school leaver parties, birthdays and for solos and couples too, everyone loves the chance to get stuck in to make and decorate yummy truffles.

All budding chocolatiers will be divided into small groups to work together (usually on tables of four) with help from your expert host, who will also fill you in with fascinating facts about the history of chocolate.

The best bit is without doubt the dipping and decorating. From chocolate powder to coconut, you will be rolling and getting those dips done to create your very professional looking truffles. Add to that a nice bit of gift wrapping and your Belgian truffle hand-made creations wouldn't look out of place in a Bruges chocolate shop!

Of course, you will have lots of laughs and do lots of tasting along the way, but you will still leave your workshop with between 20 and 30 truffles. And it's a bottle of Prosecco for every two people taking part, which is nice!

Accessibility

• Individuals and groups with additional needs or requirements CAN MAKE CHOCOLATE!
• If you find it difficult to participate in able-bodied activities but still want to be challenged and push your limits, Chocolate Making may be perfect for you
• Unfortunately due to the nature of this activity it is not suitable if you have restricted arm movement
• All hotels have wheelchair access, all classes are wheelchair accessible
• Please note everyone is seated and no standing

Anything Else

• As the classes are hands on, please ensure you wear appropriate clothing and footwear, aprons are provided
• You'll usually be part of a group of up to 30 guests on the day
• Parking can be limited so guests may need to consider using nearby pay to park facilities or public transport.
