What Can I Expect

Welcome to the Premium Cocktail Masterclass at La Bibliotheque in East London! Learn from the dedicated in-house mixologists on these fun one-hour cocktail making sessions at the Sake Bar within this hip restaurant not far from Dalston.

Pull up a stool at the Sake Bar counter and say hello to your friendly and talented mixologist host. Your welcome cocktail will be ready for you to sip whilst the introductions and explanations are done, so you get a taste of what’s to come in every sense!

For the next 60-minutes you and your fellow attendees will be immersed in the world of cocktails. You’ll even head behind the bar so you can make a signature cocktail yourself using the premium spirits that La Bibliotheque very much prides itself on.

Okinawa, Mie Sour, Honshin and Zensai, the cocktail menu is as eclectic as the food. There’s a definite Japanese influence and the bar is stocked with high-quality whiskies, gins and (of course) sake from Japan.

Having sampled your own cocktail, this East London masterclass concludes with another favourite cocktail concocted just for you by your mixologist host.

You even get a cute mini shaker and a bartender’s spoon to take home with you, so you can start making your own Japanese-inspired cocktails at home. These cocktail masterclasses take place on selected weekdays and weekends throughout the year and are a great precursor to a night out in East London!
