What Can I Expect
Private cycle coaching in London! Book a two-hour session with a leading cycling coach and step up a gear with your bike riding skills. Available pretty much anywhere within the M25 at a time and place to suit you.
Cycle coach Charlie Codrington is a total expert when it comes to two wheelers. Mountain biking, cyclocross, road biking, velodrome sprints, triathlon cycling, gravel biking - this experienced cyclist has done it all.
Your training session will be totally geared to you. You can choose from three different biking disciplines to concentrate on: cyclocross, gravel or mountain biking.
Cyclocross is pretty mad. It's basically riding a bike in a field, so mud and sliding is par for the course. Gravel is riding with a bike that's a bit like a road bike for distance, but has larger tyres and is more stable, for riding on non-tarmacked surfaces. Mountain biking is the full off road discipline of uphill and downhill riding, with full or half-suspension bikes.
Expert coach Colin will work with you to improve essential things like your riding position, cornering, dismounts and remounts, as well as looking at techniques needed for climbing, descents and off-camber riding. You can even learn race tactics to help you pedal to the podium!
As for where your bike training will take place, Colin works within a 30-mile radius of central London, so together you will work out the best place to meet up and get on your bike. Book your private cycle coaching in London now!
