Not just aerobatics in North Wales, this is glider aerobatics in North Wales! A unique way to experience stall turns and rolls, when you fly in an aerobatic-capable glider from Denbigh Airfield!

The Twin ll Acro is a high-performance sports glider and the ‘Acro’ part of the name means this twin-seater sailplane has been specifically designed to be able to do aerobatic moves, thanks to its toughened build.

Known the world over for being excellent cross country endurance gliders, pilots wanting to delve into some stylish soaring aerobatic moves love the Twin ll Acro too. Pretty much a full range of moves are possible in this glider, from chandelles and stall turns, to spins and loops.

And as the glider is a twin-seater glider, there’s a seat for you to experience those soaring aerobatic moves too. And believe us, it’s an incredible sensation flying silently above the rolling hills and valleys of North Wales and performing aerobatic stunts!

You will be taking off from Denbigh, a private airfield near the market town of the same name. You will be towed to around 3000ft, before being released to soar for around 20 minutes, with various aerobatic moves integrated into your flight.

This is a wonderful, friendly club that is well-organised and welcoming - and perfectly placed adjacent to the likes of the Clwdian Range and Dee Valley giving you a breathtaking backdrop for your glider aerobatics experience from Denbigh!

• Maximum weight 95kg
• Maximum height 6ft 3ins
