Hosted by renowned food scientist, Nutritionist in Functional Medicine,writer and broadcaster Kumud Gandhi, the classes take place at a cookery academy in the leafy suburbs of Rickmansworth. Courses are very much hands-on and you will be making dishes to suit your palate.
