What Can I Expect
Head to Inamo Soho for a Sushi and Sake Masterclass! An evening filled with flavours from the East, as you get to make sushi and learn all about Sake too.
The traditional Japanese drink of Sake is, in its simplest terms, an alcoholic drink made from fermented rice. It's been made in Japan for over 3,500 years, so the drink is steeped in heritage, culture and history.
Makers Akashi-Tai will be in attendance during your sushi and sake masterclass, telling you all about this very traditional brewed beverage, with lots of opportunities for tasting sake, which can be served warm or cold.
As well as enjoying the sake, you will be taught by the Inamo sushi master how to make Nigiri and Maki. You'll hand-roll a salmon maki and create a trip of nigiri too. And yes, you will be able to eat them whilst you taste your way through the sake!
These small group classes take place on selected dates with evening start times (usually 6.30pm and 7.45pm) giving you a good hour to make your sushi and eat it, all washed down with some tasty sake.
You will be at Inamo Soho for this Sushi and Sake Masterclass, so you're in the beating heart of central London, making it the ideal way to kick off a visit to the capital!
