What Can I Expect
Let the kids conquer the Landy on a junior 4x4 experience in Gloucestershire! Private lessons for teens aged 12 to 16 years old, these vouchers make great gifts for youngsters keen to have a go at off roading.
So how can kids drive a 4x4? Well, this Gloucestershire driving centre uses Land Rover Discovery vehicles that have, as well as being automatic, been modified to be dual-control. That means there’s no clutch to worry about and your keen teen is driving in complete safety.
The team has been operating out of this base on the Gloucestershire/Wiltshire border since 2014 and over the years a superb collection of purpose-built tracks and trails have been created to test the driving mettle of any youngster.
It’s a great location, surrounded by the lakes of the Cotswold Water Park, yet just a couple of minutes from the main A419 Cirencester road.
What we love about these sessions is that they are all taught on a one-to-one basis, so every experience is bespoke. Kids might well find themselves learning about high and low gears, as well as using diff lock to be able to tackle the steepest slopes - it’s proper 4x4ing!
Aimed at youngsters who do not have a driving licence (specifically 12 to 16 year olds), as long as they are 5ft tall, your teenagers can drive a Land Rover Discovery on these junior 4x4 sessions in Gloucestershire.

- Sessions are usually available with morning and afternoon start times

- All drivers must be accompanied on site by a spectating parent or guardian
- No previous driving experience is required
Spectators
- Spectators are welcome although due to the nature of this experience viewing is limited
- No children under the age of eight or dogs are permitted on site for safety reasons
- Any spectators under the age of 16 must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult
- Up to 2 passengers can join you in the car for an additional charge of £20 per passenger
