What Can I Expect

It’s kick off time for kids’ football camps! Our Kids Football Academy membership gives children aged 5 to 14 years one weekly footy session over four consecutive weeks, at over 130 academies around the UK.

Led by UEFA & FA-licenced coaches, these academy sessions are for all ages and abilities. Whether you’ve got a footy-mad kid on your hands, or a little one who just loves a bit of a kickabout, the weekly training is suitable for all levels.

The kids attending the academy will be split into age groups, usually 5-7 years, 8-10 years and 11-14 years. Each coaching session lasts around an hour and your child will be booked in for four weeks in a row.

Academies run during the main school holidays and with locations around the country, there’s bound to be a football academy running in your area.

During each weekly training, the kids will learn ball skills, passing, attacking and defence, as well as the meaning of fair play and respecting fellow players. As well as warm up, drills and practice, the kids usually play short matches too.

When Is It Available

• Sessions operate on weekdays and weekends throughout the year during term-time and school holidays
