What Can I Expect

Calling all young sushi ninjas - these kids sushi classes in London are for you! Aimed at 7 to 16 year olds, these experiences will see children get hands-on making delicious maki rolls at Inamo in Covent Garden.

In the presence of sushi masters, the kids will learn how to make two maki rolls. Using bamboo rolling mats, children will be shown how to lay out the sushi creations and then add the freshly cooked rice.

After that, it's all about carefully adding the cut ingredients to build the layers of your maki. Once the kids are happy with their creations, it's time to learn how to roll up your paper to give you those neat maki rolls.

These children's classes are very much hands-on and being taught by an expert sushi chef in an Inamo restaurant is a real treat for sushi-loving kids and teens.

An adult will need to be present whilst the youngsters get filling and rolling, but that means you can proudly watch on - and maybe you'll be able taste test what they make!

Experiences last around an hour and start at the very sensible times of 11:00 or 13:00, with dates available on selected weekdays and weekends throughout the year.
