What Can I Expect

Laser clay pigeon shooting in Birmingham! This is clay shooting with a high-tech twist at this well-equipped outdoor centre near Sutton Coldfield. We are offering vouchers for a one-hour taster laser clay session.

So what’s the difference between standard clay shoots and laser clays? Well, the clays are the same, but they don’t get smashed (making the sport much more eco-friendly!). Clays are fired out of the traps for you to aim at with your laser shotgun and hits are registered on the interactive scoreboard with a bang.

The shotguns used for the laser sessions near Birmingham are all real arms that have been deactivated, made safe and modified with the latest infrared laser technology. In essence, it’s just like real shooting, but without the recoil!

You’ll have an hour out on the laser clay shooting range, with a variety of clay targets to aim at that will fly across the sky at varying speeds and trajectories. If you score a hit, you’ll hear the bang and the scoreboard will let you know. And of course, more hits means more points.

Much more accessible than traditional clay shooting, these laser experiences are suitable for all ages from just 10 years old, making them ideal for friends, colleagues and families to have fun together to see who is the laser clay hotshot of Birmingham!
