What Can I Expect
Border View is the perfect place for a lodge break in Powys! Near the village of Middletown on the border of Powys and Shropshire, these two-night breaks for up to four are the perfect way to spend a couple of nights in the countryside.
This lovingly renovated lodge is a former brick barn building on the Bulthy Farm estate. There are two bedrooms, both with an ensuite, parking for multiple cars, underfloor heating, smart TV and an outdoor hot tub. To say this lodge has all the home comforts is an injustice - it’s beyond the usual comforts!
A break at this lodge gives you plenty of time to explore the surrounding Powys countryside. You’re right on the National Cycle Route 81 and there are lovely walks right from the front door.
If you like discovering new towns and villages doing things like wandering around the weekly markets, stopping at cafes and shopping, you will love visiting the likes of Oswestry, Montgomery, Welshpool and Shrewsbury. All are within easy reach of your lodge.
