We are offering three, six and 12-monthly charcuterie subscriptions for you. Your Bray Cured New British Charcuterie will be hand selected every month and sent directly to your door. It's all vacuum sealed for freshness and it is thoroughly delicious!
This family-run charcuterie business operates out of Bray in Berkshire. They use traditional and new curing methods to produce high-quality charcuterie in small batches.
All the meat is from British reared animals, with a focus on heritage rare breeds. This ensures an excellent standard of meat that is flavoursome and tender - and that means incredibly tasty charcuterie!
The selections for your subscription will be from the full Braycured range and could also include some limited editions. From Marlow Lamb Hogget, local Venison and Berkshire Longhorn Beef, to classic Coppa, Pancetta and Salami, you will be spoilt with these fabulous meats.
The packaging has been cleverly designed to fit through your average letterbox, making your subscription as hassle-free as possible. Once you've redeemed your Bray Cure voucher your deliveries will commence.
