What Can I Expect

The wizardry of potion making and more in Edinburgh! This magical experience in the Scottish capital includes a marvellous mix of a guided Old Town tour, potion making workshop and escape game, making it a fun and fantastical day out in Scotland.

You'll meet your caped host in the heart of Edinburgh, ready to be led away into a magical world of legends and hidden gems on a walking tour that lifts the lid on much of J K Rowling's inspiration for Harry Potter.

After your stroll there's time for a stop at a haunted pub for lunch. Your wizardly host will be able to book a table for you should you wish to dine in the presence of spirits!

Your afternoon continues with your potion making workshop at the atmospheric Magic Potions Tavern. This wondrous experience calls out to your inner wizard in this very special location where the drinks come in bubbling cauldrons, smoking  flasks and glowing bottles. This is, quite literally, where all the magic happens.

As apprentice wizards, listen carefully to your host. They will explain everything to you so you can gather what you need to make magic potions. It's a veritable apothecary in this mystical and magical bar and you'll be conjuring up bewitching brews and elixirs with aplomb. A cross between wizardry and alchemy, you will love it!

To round off your Edinburgh adventure, you will be taking on the enchanting escape room, tackling Harry Potter-themed puzzles, unlocking secret codes and more, all as the clock ticks down.
