What Can I Expect

A full range of private sightseeing tours in an R44 helicopter for up to three passengers! We've got take-off points around the UK and you can choose from a 12, 25 or 45-mile tour.

These private flights of fancy for the three of you are operated by Robinson R44 helicopters. These are the sort of executive choppers you see at helipads all around the country - and they are great fun to fly in.

As private VIP voyagers, you'll feel like you're being ‘chauffeur-flown' as you climb aboard the awaiting chopper ready for your tour. From your seat, each of you will be afforded superb aerial views of the towns and countryside below.

And what incredible sights you will see on your tour from your privileged viewpoint inside the helicopter! From the rolling Surrey countryside, to the wilds of Lanarkshire, you will be flying like a bird in the sky over your favourite part of the UK. 

Maybe your sightseeing tour will take you near where you grew up? Perhaps you want to see the sea? Or possibly it's all about flying over your current home town. There's no doubt the panoramic vistas are unique from a helicopter.

And remember, the price is for the whole helicopter and you can fill it with up to three passengers. Even the kids can join you, as the minimum age is just six years old. Whether it's your first time in a heli or not, you will love being able to fly together on an R44 private sightseeing tour.

When Is It Available

• Selected weekday and weekend dates during the main flying season (April-October)
• Dates and flight times are subject to weather and availability at your chosen location

Suitable For

• Minimum age six
• Under 12s must be accompanied by a participating adult
• Maximum height 6ft 6ins
• Weight restrictions: maximum combined passenger weight 250kg

Spectators

• Spectators are welcome and may take photographs

Anything Else

• Photo ID and proof of address will be required on the day
• Flying activities have maximum weights to ensure health and safety along with the comfort of fellow passenger
• You must enter passenger/participant weight at the time of booking an experience. If weight varies between the time of initial booking and date of flight experience it remains the responsibility of the customer to update their individual weight via their online account prior to flight
• All passengers will be weighed before flight and if disparity exists between weight disclosed and actual weight (within reason), the passenger may be illegible to fly
