What Can I Expect

Enjoy the fragrant roses and more at RHS Garden Rosemoor! These packages include tickets for two to visit the very lovely Rosemoor Gardens in North Devon, with a map and guidebook included for you to keep.

In a steep, wooded valley not far from Bideford, you'll find the Royal Horticultural Society's Rosemoor estate. Originally a private house and gardens that had been opened regularly to the public under the National Garden Scheme since the late 1960s, owner Lady Palmer gave the land to the RHS in 1988.

Since then, the wonderful gardening work has continued and the RHS has expanded the lovely wooded areas backing onto the River Torridge. There's lots to see in any season, but many visitors flock to Rosemoor to see the roses, with the Rose Gardens described as ‘pure perfection'!

As you stroll around the 65-acre estate, you'll be able to explore the Forest Garden, the Herb Garden, the Cottage Garden (amazing vegetables!), the Stream Garden, the Upper Bog Garden and the Stone Garden. The Arboretum is a haven of peace and shade on a sunny day.

No visit to RHS Garden Rosemoor would be complete without popping into the gift shop and plant centre. And make sure you try a homemade cake or cream tea in the Wisteria Tea Rooms - the perfect way to round off the day you visited Rosemoor with your RHS Garden voucher tickets!

• 1st October to 31st March: Monday - Sunday: 10:00-17:00 (last entry 16:00)
• Closed 16th-18th August, 15th November to 28th December

• Children under 5 receive free entry to the garden
