These vouchers are totally flexible, so you can book in to the restaurant for either lunch or dinner, which means you can plan your visit to the Shard for before or after eating. A table will be reserved for you and you'll enjoy a three-course meal from the set menu. A welcome cocktail is also included for each guest.

When Is It Available

The View from The Shard:

• Wednesday to Sunday (and some occasional Tuesdays)
• Please note that The Shard is closed on Mondays
• Morning, afternoon and evenings times can be booked ranging from 10:00am to 23:00, subject to availability
• Last entry to The Shard is one hour before closing
• Bookings must be made in advance 
• There will be an admin fee of £15 to change the time of your booking, at least 48 hours notice must be given

London Steak House Company:

• Monday to Thursday - Lunch 12:00 to 15:00 / Dinner 17:30 to 22:30
• Friday to Saturday - Lunch 12:00 to 17:15 / Dinner 17:30 to 22:30
• Sunday - Lunch 12:00 to 17:15 / Dinner 17:15 to 22:00
• Please note that you can book your dining experience on a different day to your visit to The Shard if you wish

• Please note that Friday and Saturday evening reservations can only be made within a 48 hours prior to the experience (availability for dinner on Friday and Saturday is released at 9am on Wednesday and Thursday respectively of that week). If you choose to book a Friday or Saturday evening, outside of the 48-hour booking window as advised above, then the voucher will be used against the normal priced a la carte menu and the value taken off your final bill. You will not be able to have the three-course set menu and cocktail
• Date restrictions may apply, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, new Years Eve, Yew Years Day and Valentines Day
• Please note there is a 48 hour cancellation policy that applies to all meal reservations, experiences cancelled within 48 hours of your reservation cannot be rebooked and will be forfeited
