What Can I Expect
Experience Sky Wave with a distillery tour and tutored tasting at the Sky Wave HQ in historic Bicester Heritage! These vouchers are for you to enjoy tasting gin and tonics served up by your host, who will also guide you around this boutique distillery in Oxfordshire.
Founders Rachel and Andrew thrive on adventure. Having pretty much travelled the world in the pursuit of the perfect gin (and getting up to some incredible exploits on the way), Sky Wave was born.
Located in the renovated North Tanker Sheds at this former WW2 RAF base, Bicester Heritage is known as the home of historic motoring, where passion and craftsmanship creates things of beauty - an ethos applied by Rachel and Andrew to their contemporary gins.
You’ll hear more about the fascinating journey to becoming a multi-award winning spirits company whilst you tour the distillery installations, as well as learning about how Sky Wave’s 'World's Best Contemporary Gin' is produced.
Back in the bar area, it’s time to taste the fruits of all that hard work with the botanicals at a tutored presentation and tasting of G&Ts. Sky Wave’s gin production includes Navy Strength, Old Tom, Liberation and Signature London Drys, as well as fruity and spicy fusions gins.
Inspiring, ground-breaking and downright delicious, these experiences are a fantastic opportunity to go behind the scenes with such a dedicated and passionate gin-making team at this wonderful contemporary distillery in the historic location of Bicester Heritage.
Sky Wave’s HQ is just a five-minute taxi ride from Bicester North station and 10-minutes from Bicester Shopping Village, making it ideal for a full day of fun!
