What Can I Expect
Improve your culinary prowess when you sign up for a five-hour cookery masterclass at the Smart School of Cookery! These vouchers are valid for your choice of masterclass theme, at your pick of venue in Essex, central London or Buckinghamshire.
Created by former Masterchef contestant Ann Hood, the Smart School prides itself on cookery that is accessible to all.
As you might expect, each masterclass session has a theme. These include menus such as The Appetizer, where you’ll learn to make tasty tapas-style bites that are bursting with colour and flavour. Then there’s the Italian Masterclass, filled with glorious sauces and pastas we all love so much.
And if you’re really into your cooking and enjoy a challenge in the kitchen, the Intensive Masterclass brings you right up to masterchef levels of cuisine that’ll massively impress any dinner guest!
Of course, the most important meal of the year isn’t forgotten, as there’s a Christmas Menu Masterclass too to make sure your turkey is cooked to perfection with all the trimmings you love.
What makes these Smart Cookery School chef skills workshops stand out is the incredible know-how of your host chefs. What's more, they are very open to sharing their tips and secrets too, so you’ll leave with loads of tricks up under your chef's hat that you'll be able to try at home.
After your cookery masterclass you'll be raring to go in your own kitchen, searing duck breasts to perfection, creating wonderful canapés worthy of a VIP event and cooking your rice spot on every time. All in a day's work for Ann Hood and her excellent team of chefs at the Smart Cookery School. Aprons on, it's time to get cooking.
