What Can I Expect

The wild sauna experience - a unique spa session in the middle of the Northamptonshire countryside! Reserve the sauna for you and your friends, or book solo to join a group. Either way, it'll be an hour of heat and relaxation in the best possible way.

This contemporary Scandi-design sauna is super stylish, comfortable and relaxing all at the same time. The huge panoramic window and the end of this teak-built sauna gives you a view to gaze out at whilst you chill out in the heat.

Heated to 87 degrees, the sauna comes equipped with a bucket and ladle, so if you want an extra hit of heat, you can throw some more water on those coals.

And to counterbalance that hotness, there's a cold plunge pool to cool off and leave your body rejuvenated and tingling.

The way this wild sauna works is easy. If you buy a solo voucher, you will be able to join up to six others for a weekday sauna session. If you go for the group voucher, the sauna will be reserved exclusively for you for an hour on the weekday or weekend day of your choice - and you can be up to 10 to use the sauna together.

Situated between Towcester and Milton Keynes just off the A5, this is spa luxury with a twist. The wild sauna experience with those lovely vistas, relaxing atmosphere all in a cool Scandinavian style is not to be missed!

Anything Else

• Participants should bring swimwear, two towels (one to sit on and one to dry yourself) and a bottle of water
• There is a small communal changing space at the entrance of the sauna
• Your 60 minute session includes time for changing
• The closest toilets are a 1 minute walk away
