What Can I Expect

Fun and creative woodworking courses in Hampshire near Fleet! Spend a day in the workshop learning how to make beautiful and useful things from wood. It's as simple and wonderfully satisfying as that.

Working with a natural material like wood is very fulfilling and rewarding. But where do you start? What sort of wood do you need? Which tools should be your workbench essentials? And what are you going to make out of that wood?

All these questions and more will be answered on your full-day woodworking session. Your voucher is valid for the level one course, which is specifically aimed at those with no woodworking experience.

Hosts Jonty and Amanda will welcome you to their workshop in the Hampshire village of Church Crookham, between Fleet and Farnham. The set up has everything a budding woodworker would need.

It's all about having a go. The teaching is excellent, with enthusiastic tutors who are highly skilled at giving easy to follow instructions and advice, all done in a friendly and relaxed environment.

And of course, these small group courses are all very much hands on, so it'll be you who will be making that handcrafted wooden piece for you to take home, admire and enjoy for generations to come. What's more, it could inspire a very enjoyable and creative new hobby.
