Will I be able to get a refund?

We offer a 14-day return policy on all vouchers purchased directly from the website. If your purchase exceeds the 14 day period and the voucher is no longer suitable, don't worry. Our vouchers are exchangeable, so you are welcome to browse our full range of experiences and select the experience of your choice. Please see our full refund terms and conditions  here .

 
 
 

I want a refund, but I bought my voucher more than 14 days ago

We are unable to issue a refund if your voucher was purchased more than 14 days ago, as advised in our  terms and conditions  . Providing a booking has not yet been made with the supplier, you are able to exchange your voucher for an alternative experience on our website that might be more suitable for you. This can be done via our  exchange page .

 
 
 

I want a refund and I bought my voucher in the last 14 days

We can issue full refunds for unused vouchers to the original purchaser for the voucher value within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to discuss a refund, the original purchaser will need to contact us. Physical gift boxes can only be returned if if all contents are present and the wallet is intact. Please note we are unable to refund any postage charges.
