What Can I Expect

All high ropes adventure parks are a great experience. When Bear Grylls does high ropes you know it's going to be, quite literally, a level above. Rising up to 65ft tall, there are 36 different aerial obstacles for you to tackle over four routes.

From classic plank walkways and bridges, to crazy zip wires out the back of film-set style replica choppers perched high above the ground, the exhilaration and adrenaline levels are going to be off the scale.

Without doubt, you'll need a head for heights for these high ropes challenges. The Bear Grylls team is super friendly and they'll put you at ease and encourage you every step of the way as you work your way around the modules.

The youngest challengers around the ages of eight and nine years will explore the first level. Older participants will start further up, moving higher and higher as confidence grows.

Of course, if you're fearless you'll leap and bound all around. Others may be more cautious, yet the feeling of elation when you reach the top and look at those far-reaching Birmingham views is the same for everyone. Yes, you did it!

In essence, getting harnessed up and clambering around obstacles high above the ground is a ridiculous amount of fun. Sessions are available all year round and remember it's an outdoors activity, so dress appropriately, get there and get climbing and working your way through those high-up obstacles!

Availability

• The High Ropes is an outdoor activity and will open in all weathers. In extreme high winds or thunder the High Ropes will close
• Open Thursday - Sunday, opening time vary and are subject to availability 

Suitable For

• Age Restrictions: Participants must be 8+ years 8 and 9 year olds must be accompanied on the activity by an adult aged 18 or over. This adult must have a full activity ticket
• Guests aged 10-14 years will need an adult present at check-in to sign waivers, but can enjoy the adventure unaccompanied
• Weight Restrictions: Maximum weight 130kg
• Height Restrictions: Minimum height 130cm | Maximum height 203cm
