What Can I Expect

Take your seat at the Eleven98 chef's table for a culinary voyage through the East End ! Enjoy a nine-course tasting menu and be part of this residential social dining phenomenon in London.

Chef patron Aidan was born and bred in the Borough of Hackney. His love of cooking took him around Europe and included working as part of the brigade to open Viajante, the East End's first Michelin-starred restaurant.

Now this talented chef has returned to his beloved East End, you are invited to sit at his table for an evening of fine dining in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. It's a true celebration of all the wonderful flavours and culture of East London.

What we love most about Eleven98 is the fact that they are not just paying lip service to sustainability and food traceability.  100% of the fruits, vegetables are herbs on Aidan's menus must have grown within East London . The majority of the produce is sourced directly from his close relationships with East London's most sustainable small-scale organic horticultural growers, lots comes from Aidan's own private allotment, other things come from friends (such as the honey). And Aidan even forages for things like juicy berries. And it is all from the area

So you can expect absolute freshness of all the ingredients throughout your nine courses. The presentation is top-notch and very much worthy of a chef's table private dining experience in London. Delicate flavours and aromas tempt your palate with every course. Even the simple smell of the bread baking is insanely appetising!

The table seats up to 12 guests and the evenings start at 7pm. Aidan will be cooking and personally hosting these unique culinary experiences. The menu changes weekly to reflect the chef's passion for the diversity and energy of this area of the capital.
