Shore fishing is casting from the shoreline to fish in the sea. No boat needed, no seasickness, just the gentle sound of the lapping waves, gulls in the air and you casting off from that perfect spot.

Your host Justin remembers vividly the first time his Dad took him fishing when he was five. The experience had a profound effect on him (he even remembers he caught Mackerel and Pollack that day!) and he has fished ever since. Quite simply, talented angler Justin adores spending his time fishing on the stunning Cornish coast around Falmouth.

And that enthusiasm and experience is key. Justin will show you fishing spots only the locals know. He'll take time to teach you about when and where to get bait and which sort. He'll show you what to do to catch fish and where. He'll also provide all the gear you need for your day by the sea.

During your three-hour session on the rocks and beaches, you will hopefully land some lovely local Cornish fish for a delicious supper. And if you hook a Ballan Wrasse, make sure you pose for a photo with this beautiful species before releasing your catch back into the sea.
