What Can I Expect

Drive the Rage buggies of Devon! These mad little off-road karts are one of the most popular activities at this adventure centre located in the heart of the Devonshire countryside just north of Dawlish - and they're great fun.

About as pared-down as you can get, these Rages are basically a big roll cage with a wheel in each corner and proper bucket seats. They are pretty much exo-skeletal to look at, which is just how any ultralight racing machine should be.

They are powered by a 690cc engine. Being so light means that these Devonshire Rage buggies boast superlative performance. The 0-60mph times are blistering. The handling is incredible and they just love to race around the track.

This operator near Dawlish runs with single-seater Rage buggies. Riding solo in your buggy, you'll be tackling the half-mile, purpose-built, off-road karting track. It's down a country lane in the middle of the fields on a Devon farm estate, so you can make as much noise as you like as you go raging around the track.

It's a really good set up with a covered spectator viewing area and lots of different outdoor activities on offer. And indeed, if you fancy adding another level of fun, why not go for the combo voucher, which gives you buggy racing AND quad biking?

And finally, we've seen some photos of recent Rage buggy sessions at this Devon venue and we have to say, the buggies are ab-so-lutely caked in mud. If it's been raining, prepare yourself for getting thoroughly splatted. If it's been dry, you'll be whipping up the dust. All part of the fun down on the farm!
