English Heritage manages the whole site, to make sure the stone circles are protected and preserved. Your package includes tickets to get into the Stonehenge exhibition, Neolithic village and visitor centre. These are all located at the entrance to the site, which is around a 25-minute walk from the stones themselves. There are shuttle buses laid on if you don't fancy the stroll down to the stones.
