What Can I Expect

Where can you go wakeboarding in Sussex? Newhaven, that's where! Join this young and dynamic team for a wakeboard experience with all the gear and tuition included.

Whether you already know how to wakeboard or you're a complete beginner, these sessions behind the boat are for you. You'll set off from Newhaven Marina and head out to the sea around Seaford Bay for your wakeboarding.

These experiences can only run when the sea is flat, so they tend to be programmed for early in the morning. This is honestly the best time of the day to go out on a wakeboard on the water. It's flatter, calmer and there are far fewer people about. That means you can relish gliding over that smooth sea!

If you have never wakeboarded before, this Sussex team will teach you some of the basics about getting up out of the water, stance and so on. This will be done on land before you get in the boat. Once out on the water, you'll get coaching from your instructor/driver.

Wakeboarding behind a boat is a lot more intense (and some will say more exhilarating) than wakeboarding on a cable tow. And believe us, after 15-minutes being towed by the speedboat, you'll be exhausted, but in the good way - and with a huge grin on your face!
